Subscriber Identification Tools

When you are awake and able to communicate, you may obtain your own medical information by using your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

In addition, you may authorize physicians, hospitals or EMS personnel to obtain your medical information.

To  authorize someone else to obtain your information, you would give them your USERNAME and PASSWORD to prove that the person seeking your information was authorized by you.

What happens if you are unconscious? Your health information may be unlocked, if you choose to let it be unlocked, by accessing your secure PIN on your subscription card.  

We are developing an Alternative Identification Toolset which many subscribers may prefer, including wristbands, neck tags, keychain cards, and other devices. 

With these tools your physician, hospital or EMS can obtain access to the specific medical information you have chosen to release to them in case of emergency.
