You choose where information gets shared:

Share Level

Anyone using your USERNAME and PASSWORD*

Anyone using your FAMILY USERNAME AND FAMILY PASSWORD*

Anyone using your SHARENAME and SHAREPASSWORD*

Anyone using your EMERGENCY USERNAME AND EMERGENCY PASSWORD*

Anyone using your USERNAME and PASSWORD*

Intended Audience

You, your doctor your hospital, or people you have chosen.  

When you are not particularly sensitive about allowing people with a need to know to have ready access to your information in order to benefit you

Your family

If there is something that should only be known by them

Your physicians and hospitals

When you have information to share with them but other things are not needed to render care. Example: share your medication list with the physicians but not share all of your personal information

EMS, disaster management agencies.

You may only want to release your physician's name, medications and allergies, for example.

 You might want to keep something to yourself. If you don't designate it to Family, Physician or Emergency Share, and you don't share your own USERNAME, you can keep something entirely private.

*It is possible that we may become legally required to release information, such as to a regulatory agency or in response to a subpoena.
