MyHealthArchive’s Corporate Partner Portal provides a single destination for providing your employees with annual MyHealthArchive coverage. Once you designate the number of employees who will receive MyHealthArchive benefits, your company will be assigned a corporate sponsor number that each of your employees can use when they enroll for membership with MyHealthArchive. A Small Cost for a Large Perk:Bronze ProgramThe Bronze Program is designed for small businesses of 2 to 100 employees. As part of our Bronze Level Program, your company may elect to provide each employee the option to enroll up to four family members at a further discounted rate. Each MyHealthArchive Ultimate membership includes access to all of the features of MyHealthArchive’s personal health record and wellness tools. Silver ProgramThe Silver Program is designed for intermediate-sized businesses of 101 to 500 employees. As part of our Silver Program, your company would provide each employee with the option to enroll up to six family members at a further discounted rate. Each MyHealthArchive Ultimate membership includes access to all of the features of MyHealthArchive’s personal health record and wellness tools. It also includes one yearly training session where employees learn more about how to better organize their personal health information and take advantage of the wellness tools that MyHealthArchive provides. Gold ProgramThe Gold Program is designed for large businesses of 500+ employees and includes deeper volume discounts for annual employee memberships. You can contact a MyHealthArchive Benefits Specialist can discuss rates for volume discounts for annual employee memberships and discounted family rates. Each Gold MyHealthArchive Ultimate membership includes access to all of the features of MyHealthArchive’s personal health record and wellness tools. It also includes multiple yearly training sessions where employees learn more about how to better organize their personal health information and take advantage of the wellness tools that MyHealthArchive provides. Additionally, Gold Corporate Sponsors can take advantage of MyHealthArchive’s Message Center to provide HR updates and benefit enrollment materials to employees to reduce the time required to communicate benefits information and provide answers to common questions that employees would typically ask regarding their corporate benefit program.
