- Load up: You create a medical history in any level of detail you desire. You may want to put in every last detail, or just the basics. Suit yourself. Upload any medical records or documents you choose, such as letters from physicians, x-ray and lab reports, discharge summaries and so forth.
- Hook up: Set what information gets shared and with whom.
- Follow up: Update, supplement, and use the tools of MyHealthArchive to gain new insights, prepare for visits to physicians and keep your records current.
