Employ USERNAMEs and PASSWORDs to Control How and to Whom Your Information is Released

With your subscription you will receive a USERNAME and PASSWORD which you can change as you desire. Don't share your USERNAME and PASSWORD with anyone who you don't trust with your medical history.

You may choose a Family USERNAME and Family PASSWORD so family members can access the information if you are incapacitated and cannot access your information. You may choose to release some, but not all, information to someone who has your Family USERNAME and Family PASSWORD.

You may also choose an Emergency USERNAME and Emergency PASSWORD that can be used by your physician or emergency medical technician to get the information you have predetermined to release in case of emergency or disaster.

You may change your USERNAMEs and PASSWORDs as often as you desire. For example, you may choose to give your Emergency USERNAME and Emergency PASSWORD to a physician you see one time, and if you felt you wanted to stop access by that physician after the visit, you could change the Emergency USERNAME and Emergency PASSWORD later to block further access.

Once you have a subscription to MyHealthArchive you can take your time to collect all the medical information you can locate. You can take your time to enter your medical history to record your recollection of the events.

Some people will want to put in enormous detail. Others will prefer a summary of details. Suit yourself. This is your health care Archive.

With this powerful and comprehensive database you can go on with your medical care, adding new information, events, medications and tests as they occur. You can enjoy the improved safety and effectiveness of your health care because you are participating in it more actively.
