Employ USERNAMEs and PASSWORDs to Control How and to Whom Your Information is Released
With your subscription you will receive a USERNAME and PASSWORD which you can change as you desire. Don't share your USERNAME and PASSWORD with anyone who you don't trust with your medical history.
You may choose a Family USERNAME and Family PASSWORD so family members can access the information if you are incapacitated and cannot access your information. You may choose to release some, but not all, information to someone who has your Family USERNAME and Family PASSWORD.
You may also choose an Emergency USERNAME and Emergency PASSWORD that can be used by your physician or emergency medical technician to get the information you have predetermined to release in case of emergency or disaster.
You may change your USERNAMEs and PASSWORDs as often as you desire. For example, you may choose to give your Emergency USERNAME and Emergency PASSWORD to a physician you see one time, and if you felt you wanted to stop access by that physician after the visit, you could change the Emergency USERNAME and Emergency PASSWORD later to block further access.
