Prepaid Funds for FAXing

We do not have an additional charge for viewing, printing or emailing, but FAXing does incur some additional costs to us, so we need to charge a nominal fee to you to FAX from inside MyHealthArchive. You may wish to FAX a graph of your blood sugars to your daughter or a copy of your medical history to your physician We can do that for you with just a few clicks.

The cost for FAXing is $0.60 / page. Simply add funds to your Prepaid Funds and you can FAX as many documents as you have funds available. You can replenish Prepaid Funds as desired.

Prepaid Funds for Concierge Services or other MyHealthArchive Products and Services

Prepaid Funds may be used to pay for Concierge Services or purchase other MyHealthArchive Products and Services. You can add Prepaid Funds to the account of your parents, children, or other.
