Your very own MyHealthArchive Thumb drive        

Some people prefer to keep their MyHealthArchive data, or some selection of it, on a USB thumb drive. That allows you to take it with you to parts of the world that do not have Internet access. It also allows you to keep your own easy backup of your data (though we already back it up). Some people just prefer the sense of protection having their personal health information on a thumb drive they possess.

Current variations of thumb drives available are the following, each with the MyHealthArchive logo stamped on the drive to make it easy to know what thumb drive has your MyHealthArchive information.

• 1 gig USB thumb drive with key ring, a selection of sizes and colors.
• MyHealthArchive Logo imprinted.
• Transfer records to and from your Archive, at physician offices or hospitals.
• Save your medical information on the drive as a backup.
• May be used in geographies without Internet access.
• Drive is empty when shipped.
• Concierge can load your medical history onto the drive for additional fee.
• MyHealthArchive blank forms loaded onto the drive for additional fee.
